Gathering the Information

In order for us to submit a mortgage application we will require the information below for MORTGAGE APPROVAL.

Employed People

• Salary Certificate signed and completed by an employer.
• Most recent P60.
• 3 current pay slips.
• A statement of any outstanding loans (if applicable)
• Current account statements for the last 6 months.
• Credit card statements for the last 3 months.
• Statement of savings for the last 12 months.
• A copy of I.D to comply with the consumer credit act.
• A recent utility bill for proof of address.

Self Employed

• Accountants Report enclosed completed, signed & stamped by accountant.
• Business bank statements for 6 months
• A statement of any outstanding loans (if applicable)
• Current account statements for the last 6 months.
• Credit card statements for the last 3 months.
• Statement of savings for the last 12 months.
• A copy of I.D to comply with the consumer credit act.
• A recent utility bill for proof of address.
