Requirements:

• Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA), this will definitely help you to stand out from the crowd.
• Any other qualifications in sales, administration, compliance, marketing & advertising, will always be look on highly.
  

Training:

• We always feel the best way to learn is from experiences & practising what you’re taught, so training will be in the form of hands on work throughout the office. All staff are willing to lend a helping hand so communication is always vital, too keep a consistent working environment.
